What You’ll Do
Quality-Driven Engineering
Thinks about testing, reliability, and quality early in the development lifecycle.
Advocates for automated testing, strong observability, and resilient design.
Helps catch issues earlier through tooling, process, and engineering discipline.
Automated Testing Expertise
Deep experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing strategies.
Builds and maintains high-quality CI/CD pipeline.
Drives maintainable, well-tested code and modern development practices.
AI/ML Awareness
Comfortable exploring AI-assisted development, integrating AI services, or using AI for automation, data quality, or governance.
Can evaluate AI tools for practical impact.
Leadership & Mentorship
Guides and mentors’ engineers across levels, promoting best practices.
Influences architecture and technical strategy while staying pragmatic and solutions focused.
Personality & Work Style
Positive, proactive, collaborative, and solution oriented.
Comfortable working remotely across distributed teams.
Strong communicator who can partner with engineering and product leaders.
What You Need To Succeed
Strong backend and/or frontend development (C#, .NET, React, Python, or similar).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture.
Proven experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring.
