The associate, content development position supports CDP in the fulfillment of our mission through writing various educational products for philanthropic donors and other funders. This role is responsible for executing content development by researching, writing, updating and helping improve existing products. Reporting to the director of advisory and education services, this position will support the entire strategy, innovation and special projects team in fulfilling departmental goals and tasks. The successful candidate will display the following traits: You are an expert writer, with strong research skills. You thrive when allowed to spend your days translating complex ideas into clear language. You have exceptional written communication skills. You know how to juggle several different high-priority writing tasks simultaneously. You want meaningful work that contributes to the betterment of society. You love being challenged, learning and growing. You are a detail-oriented self-starter with strong capacities in prioritization and decision-making.
