Regularly and thoroughly performs assigned departmental tasks in a manner that assures a cohesive and uninterrupted workflow for all members of the perfusion services department.
Effectively participates in the day-to-day clinical and operational needs of the perfusion services department, and functions as an equal shareholder in all clinical and on-call duties.
Demonstrates a commitment to continuing education and departmental innovation in a manner that exemplifies a commitment to high levels of quality for patient care.

Demonstrates a commitment to fostering good communication, coordination of services, quality improvement initiatives, and general teamwork for all personnel in the surgical and intensive care suites.
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Licensure: Must hold a license as a Licensed Clinical Perfusionist (LCP) in the applicable state of practice. Experience: New graduate perfusionist acceptable. Some experience preferred. Certifications: Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) required. ABCP certified or eligible. Provisional licensure is accepted for new graduates. LCP and CCP must be obtained within 1 year of employment date.
