to join our growing team. In this part-time, remote position, you'll play a key role in helping clients plan and manage their trips with confidence and ease. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with inquiries, bookings, and itinerary adjustments Providing personalized travel recommendations and support via phone, email, or chat Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through attentive communication and care Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and travel packages offered by True Adventure Travel Qualifications
