We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department in Tower Bridge. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven estate agency professional with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and increasing market share within a competitive marketplace. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing inspirational leadership while maintaining a strong personal contribution to business development and client relationships. You will have 510 years estate agency experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a management or senior leadership role.
