CNA PRN

AdviniaCare Naples is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. As a CNA with AdviniaCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Strive to always maintain patient comfort and safety and well-being

Monitor vitals and patient behavior, report findings to the nursing and medical staff

Assist patients with mobility needs, bathing, and personal care

Act as companions to patients and accompany them on walks or other activities they enjoy

Document information

Clean rooms and bed linens, stock supplies

Assist with safety and some medical procedures

Strong communication skills, detail oriented, patient, compassionate, and empathetic

Good collaboration and teamwork skills

In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations

Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs

Pass a criminal background check

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) REQUIRED
