Sales Representative

A surveillance and monitoring company specializing in construction site security and property management solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business across key markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven salesperson who thrives on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, with strong earning potential through commission.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities within construction, real estate, and property management industries
  • Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and in-person client visits as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Educate customers on surveillance, monitoring, and security solutions tailored to their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client communication in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and generating new business
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM platforms
  • Experience selling to construction, security, or property management industries is a plus
