The floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floor, ensuring excellent customer service, managing tables, handling guests' questions and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers. High volume and team leading experience is a must! Qualifications Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer concerns Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
