Hybrid Your tasks
Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking Investigate customer complaints and product returns Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards
