*About the Role*
We’re hiring a *Platform Operations Lead* to take full ownership of how our platform actually runs day-to-day.
This is a *hands-on operator role*, not a coordination or strategy position.
You will own *end-to-end platform execution* across onboarding, billing, workflows, integrations, and issue resolution as we transition from *ImpetusRx → ImpetusOne*.
Our environment is *complex, non-standard, and evolving*. We are not looking for someone to build from scratch — we need someone who can *step into a live system, stabilize it, fix what’s broken, and make it scale.*
*What You’ll Own*
* End-to-end *platform operations performance (real outcomes, not just processes)*
* Execution across *onboarding, billing, reporting, and partner workflows*
* Ensuring workflows are *fully implemented, tested, and actually working*
* *Issue resolution across product, engineering, and support*
* Managing *non-standard workflows across multiple partners*
* Identifying breakdowns and *driving them to full resolution*
* Bringing *structure, accountability, and visibility* into messy systems
* Driving *automation and reducing manual work (AI-first mindset)*
*What We’re Looking For*
* *7+ years owning platform or tech-enabled operations end-to-end*
* Experience running *operations powered by software systems* (not manual/service-only ops)
* Proven track record of *fixing broken workflows and stabilizing operations*
* Experience with *integrations, APIs, workflows, and multi-system environments*
* Strong *execution mindset — you solve problems, not escalate them*
* Comfortable working directly with *engineering, product, and ops teams*
* Experience in *messy, high-complexity environments (marketplaces, SaaS ops, healthtech, fintech, etc.)*
*Bonus:* Healthtech / pharmacy / regulated environment experience

* Workflows are *reliable, tested, and consistent*
* Issues are *fully resolved and validated (not just marked complete)*
* Manual work is *reduced through automation*
* Platform operations become *predictable, scalable, and transparent*

* Project / program managers without operational ownership
* Strategy or consulting profiles

* Engineers looking to primarily build systems

*Compensation*
* *$80,000 – $120,000 USD (based on experience and location)*
* Performance-based bonus
* Independent contractor engagement
Job Type: Contract
Pay: £62,000.00-£94,000.00 per year
