Strive Search is partnering with a US, global MedTech organisation in Co. Wexford for a key hire within the business of Senior Supply Chain Manager. This hire comes about following news in recent times of multi‑million euro funding rounds for expansion of the Wexford plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish a high‑calibre multi‑functional team across purchasing, planning, customs and logistic.
- Implement and oversee supply chain strategies aligned with OpEx, Supply Chain and Transformation principles.
- Implement ERP system improvements.
- Execute process and improvement projects for the enhancement of inventory, cost reductions, productivity optimizations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business or Scientific related).
- 7+ years experience working within a GMP and/or ISO13485 regulated environment, across Supply Chain and/or Lean/OpEx related divisions.
- Proven people management/leadership experience. xcfaprz
- SAP S4HANA experience required.
