Reporting to the Technical Director for Design Management, you will lead the coordination of internal and external design teams across a portfolio of complex engineering projects. Working closely with the Design Manager and project controls team, you will ensure that design delivery aligns with programme, commercial objectives and governance requirements. You will play a key role across both bid and live project stagessupporting tender submissions, developing execution plans, and overseeing the delivery of compliant, high-quality design outputs. The role requires strong engagement with multidisciplinary teams to manage risk, drive collaboration, and ensure design solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
