Job Description
Established manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order processing, quoting, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer quotes, RFQs, and price estimates
- Work with metal materials pricing and lead time
- Order entry and ERP data accuracy
- Provide order status and delivery updates
- Review order details and specifications for accuracy
- Maintain records and document customer interactions
- Coordinate with production and quality teams Qualifications
- Customer service or order processing experience
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to read basic technical drawings a plus
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
