Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve palletized goods.
- Navigate narrow warehouse aisles with precision and care.
- Place and retrieve inventory from high-level racking systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the reach truck and report any issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all logistics and warehouse operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Valid forklift or reach truck certification preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisle environments.
- Capability for lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices and PPE usage.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
