Our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility is looking for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our growing logistics team. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to efficiently move, stack, and retrieve materials within our warehouse. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate inventory placement and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of goods. A valid forklift or reach truck operator certification is required. We place the highest emphasis on workplace safety, and all operators must strictly adhere to all safety procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves operating specialized equipment, so a proven track record of safe operation is essential. While the focus is on operating the reach truck, some manual lifting (up to 40 pounds) may be required for tasks such as pallet preparation or load securing. Our logistics operations rely on the expertise and reliability of our equipment operators. We seek individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent spatial awareness, and have a strong attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse personnel to ensure seamless operations. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth in the logistics field.
