Our client is a leading Irish residential property developer delivering high-quality homes from civils to handover. They currently have an ongoing 52-unit project in North Dublin (completions early 2027) and a 98-unit development in Ashford starting from civils through to handover. They seek an experienced Senior Site Manager for these projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site Health & Safety, plant control, and safety culture; appoint specialist supervisors.
- Review designs, lead daily meetings, manage construction team and 2-week lookaheads.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and streamlined works sequencing.
- Coordinate stakeholders, chair meetings, manage direct reports, and champion customer service.
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years post-qual in Irish/UK residential projects; full lifecycle experience.
- Timber frames experience preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
