Senior Operations Specialist

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Technical Operations

As an RFT Operations Specialist, you will be the key link between Technical Operations and Manufacturing, ensuring every production activity is executed Right First Time. This role is hands‑on, dynamic, and central to enabling smooth, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of sterile products.You’ll be on the shop floor during critical stages, providing real‑time technical support, guiding operators, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring batch records and GMP standards are consistently met.

• Provide real‑time technical support during manufacturing activities
  
• Bridge communication between Technical Operations and Production teams
  
• Guide operators on process steps, parameters, and documentation
  
• Troubleshoot deviations, unexpected events, and process issues
  
• Draft, review, and revise batch records and technical protocols
  
• Support GMP compliance, audits, and documentation integrity
  
• Deliver and support operator training on critical processes
  
• Promote a strong quality culture on the shop floor
  

• 
  
• Hands‑on experience as an Operator or Operator Lead in pharmaceutical/sterile manufacturing xcfaprz
  
• Strong understanding of aseptic processing, contamination control, and sterile environments
  
• Familiarity with unit operations (e.g., lyophilisation, filtration, centrifugation, autoclaves)
  
• Comfortable working on the shop floor and supporting on‑call activities
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide operators in real time
