The Role
Responsibilities
- Preparing and completing of accounts files for corporates and sole traders.
- Income tax and corporation tax computations and submissions.
- Completing CRO returns.
- Monthly management accounts.
Other Duties May Include
- Working with our expansive clients across different sectors.
- Reporting directly to partners and managers on client related matters.
- Training and supervising of staff depending on experience.
- Developing client relationships and meeting clients on site when required.
- Working within budgets.
- Ad Hoc, once off projects such as companies restructuring assistance, due diligence reports, and financial analysis reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a small to medium sized practice is essential.
- ACA / ACCA / IATI qualified (or equivalent), or close to qualification with relevant experience.
- 3 to 5 years experience working within a practice environment.
- Strong understanding of Irish accounting standards.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Previous experience managing people an advantage. xcfaprz
- Confident with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Brightbooks).
