Sales Director

We are excited to announce a unique leadership opportunity for a Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton in Dublin.

This is a particularly exciting time as Home2 Suites by Hilton prepares to make its debut in the European market, bringing Hilton’s extended-stay concept to Dublin for the very first time.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of the pre-opening journey, helping position both hotels strongly within the market while driving commercial performance from day one.

The Sales Director will lead all sales activities across both properties and play a key role in building strong market presence for the hotels.

Reporting to the Group Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will drive revenue generation, develop strategic partnerships, and build a strong corporate and group business pipeline.

• Leading the sales strategy for both Hilton properties
  
• Driving corporate, group, and extended-stay business
  
• Developing strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  
• Identifying new opportunities within the Dublin market
  
• Working closely with the revenue and marketing team
  
• Representing the hotels at industry events and networking opportunities
  
• Supporting the pre-opening sales strategy and market positioning

We are looking for a commercially driven hospitality professional who brings:

• Proven experience in hotel sales xcfaprz leadership
  
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin hospitality market
  
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  
• A proactive and strategic approach to business development
