  • Ramped up day 1, the team is very supportive of bringing a breast surgery specialist on board to help with the breast cases
  • approximately 350 breast cases completed annually without efforts to grow, so with a specialist in place to grow the program, one can do so as quickly as they wish
  • an interest in Oncoplastic Surgery or any other specialization is a plus
  • Breast Surgery Specialist will not be required to take general call, so great quality of life
