• Background in sales , real estate , banking , insurance , finance , or luxury retail


• Fluent in English (other languages like French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus)


• Driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career


• Professional presence and confident communicator


• Willing to relocate to Dubai within 30–60 days


• No previous Dubai real estate experience required – full training provided
