A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide inbound support for government-based contracts. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide friendly customer service Troubleshoot basic tech issues and assist with appointment scheduling Document calls and follow up with customers regarding their inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process Remote setup with reliable high-speed internet and private workspace Computer and monitor provided; USB wired headset must be supplied by the candidate Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage
