Business Applications Support Analyst
The Business Applications Support Analyst role is responsible for providing hands-on support, configuration, and administration across key business systems including Acumatica ERP, Magento, Microsoft 365, and various operational applications. This role ensures users receive timely assistance; systems remain functional and secure, and business processes run efficiently. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, solution-driven individual with strong technical aptitude and a passion for supporting end users and business systems. ERP Support (Acumatica)
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. Update and build Generic Inquiries (GIs) to meet reporting needs. Assist end users with day-to-day issues, errors, and functional questions. Create, modify, and run Import Scenarios for data loading. Support reporting activities, including designing and updating reports and dashboards. Monitor ERP performance issues and work with internal teams or vendors when required. Website & E-Commerce Support (Magento)
Update website content including product manuals, documentation, and copy. Perform basic content maintenance tasks assigned by lead developers. Assist with testing and validating new features or fixes before deployment. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date website information. Microsoft 365 Administration
Assign and manage Microsoft 365 licenses. Create, configure, and support Teams channels and collaboration environments. Create and maintain SharePoint sites for departments and project teams. Provide basic support for Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and other O365 apps. General Application Support
Provide application-level support for systems such as Shiphawk and other operational platforms. Assist in the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Automate flows. Conduct basic user training and documentation across Office 365 and business applications. Log, track, and resolve support tickets in accordance with IT policies and SLAs. Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT support, business applications support, or ERP administration. Degree in Management Information Systems or a related discipline. Working knowledge of ERP systems (Acumatica preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration tools. Basic understanding of website content management (Magento experience a plus). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to commute into the Tampa office at least 3 times a week. Preferred Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools. Understanding SQL, data structures, or basic reporting tools. Experience with SharePoint site design or Teams structure design.
