As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to. This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand. WHAT YOU’LL DO Create a warm, memorable café experience for every guest Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to the highest company standards Provide friendly, efficient service to our customers Maintain a clean, organized café and properly care for equipment Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Grow your knowledge of coffee, tea, and espresso products through hands-on training BENEFITS
