We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Border Patrol Agent to join our team. As a key member of the Federal Law Enforcement profession, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.


• Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.


• Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.

You'll enjoy an excellent base pay with opportunities for locality pay adjustments based on duty location. In addition to your salary, you'll be eligible for overtime pay up to 25% above your hourly rate.
Relocation may be required; however, U.S. Customs will support relocation expenses as per CBP regulations.
A career ladder position with potential grade level progression from GL-9 through GS-12 awaits successful candidates;
experience gained while holding lower-grade positions counts towards eligibility for promotion without re-applying upon meeting requirements;
