Border Patrol Job Overview

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Border Patrol Agents. This challenging role requires excellent communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Patrol the international border by foot or vehicle, using various means of transportation such as boats, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, horses, or snowmobiles. 


  • Identify suspicious activity through surveillance cameras,  thermal imaging devices,  infrared scopes during night operations,


  • Evaluate situations rapidly and make prompt decisions during emergency responses such as natural disasters,

    • Exhibit exceptional performance , enforcing laws related to customs duties .
