I am currently looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager and Audience Growth Specialist to help me strategically scale and professionalise my Instagram presence, community, and overall digital reach.
My focus is on building a strong, engaged audience within the nightlife and premium social scene, while increasing visibility, reach, and conversion across platforms. I am looking for someone experienced, proactive, and data-driven who can take ownership of growth and execution.
Primary Objectives
1. Audience Growth & Page Visibility
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase Instagram page views to 100,000+ and beyond
Optimise audience targeting, engagement, and discoverability using proven organic growth and SEO-based strategies
Identify and attract high-quality followers aligned with nightlife, events, and premium experiences
2. Strategic Outreach & Community Building
Conduct structured daily outreach (100+ targeted messages per day) to relevant prospects
Identify and engage suitable clientele, including:
Social, attractive individuals who are active in nightlife environments (women and men)
High-value individuals who demonstrate spending power and interest in premium venues
Improve, refine, and implement outreach scripts to maximise response and conversion rates
3. Targeted Networking & Client Acquisition
Research and identify high-engagement pages with strong female audiences and affluent social circles
Analyse followers, engagement, and activity to identify potential community members
Follow, engage, and message strategically to build meaningful connections and long-term relationships
4. Content Strategy & Brand Positioning
Plan and advise on consistent weekly content, including reels and engagement-driven posts
Recommend content direction, themes, and posting structure for sustained growth
Suggest and coordinate with content editors where necessary
Review existing saved folders (locations, venues, potential clientele, pages) and develop engagement strategies around them
5. Platform Expansion & Funnel Building
Grow and manage Instagram Broadcast Channel engagement
Strategically convert followers into WhatsApp community members using joining links
Develop a smooth audience funnel from Instagram discovery → engagement → community membership
6. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Monitor engagement, growth metrics, and outreach performance
Continuously optimise targeting, messaging, and content strategy
Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve results
