I need a professional second-opinion letter for a Bank of America dispute.
I enrolled in a high-ticket ecommerce coaching program that promised:
• weekly 1-on-1 coaching
• full store setup support
• product research guidance
• ads + tech support
• step-by-step mentorship
…but I did not receive the complete services, several sessions were missed, tech issues were never resolved, and communication stopped even though I notified them of the problems.
The merchant submitted documents claiming they delivered everything, which is not accurate. Bank of America is asking me for:
A letter written by an ecommerce professional
On business letterhead
Signed
Explaining which promised services were NOT delivered or not delivered correctly
Explaining how this affected my ability to use the service
