We're looking for a creative thumbnail designer who can create CTR-optimized, dramatic, and cinematic thumbnails.
You'll be designing equally good or even better thumbnails for videos like:
Style References (YouTube channels): AI Revolution, AI Grid, AI News, AI Upload, Gadget Evolution
Requirements:
- Photoshop or equivalent tool
- Understand color contrast, facial emotion, and text hierarchy
- Know what makes people click on YouTube
- Can handle 16–20 thumbnails/month
Budget: $5 per thumbnail
Please share multiple work samples along with your proposals, the applicants who don't provide samples will not be entertained.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
