We are a growing Ottawa-based content marketing and video production agency specializing in short-form social content for businesses, founders, restaurants, tech companies, and event brands.
We produce high-quality vertical content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) and are expanding our roster of reliable, high-quality editors.
We are specifically looking to add higher-skilled editors in the $40–$50 CAD per video range who can consistently deliver clean, engaging, modern social edits.
What You'll Be Editing
• 30–90 second vertical videos
• Talking-head clips (founders, executives, podcast-style)
• Educational / value-driven content
• Restaurant and lifestyle content
• Occasional event clips
Footage is typically well-shot and organized. We provide clear briefs, references, and direction.
What We're Looking For
• Strong pacing and hook optimization for social media
• Clean subtitles and caption styling
• Ability to add subtle motion graphics when needed
• Understanding of retention editing (cuts, zooms, pattern interrupts)
• Reliable turnaround times
• Comfortable with vertical-first editing
Bonus if you:
• Understand LinkedIn-style business content
• Have worked with agency clients
• Can match brand voice and tone across different industries
Compensation
• $40–$50 CAD per video
• Ongoing, consistent work for the right fit
We are building a long-term bench of editors, not just hiring for a one-off project.
To Apply

3–5 short-form videos you've edited (Reels/TikTok preferred)
Your standard turnaround time
Your workflow (software used + revision process)
Confirmation that you are comfortable in the $40–$50 CAD per video range (if not, please tell me your rate. You will still be considered).
We value editors who are detail-oriented, responsive, and take pride in their work.
If it's a strong fit, this can turn into consistent weekly volume.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, captions, Audio Editing, Color Grading, Video Post-Editing
