Note: We already have a talented Content Creator who handles all graphic design, video editing, and posting. This role is strictly focused on engagement, outreach, and community growth.
What you will be doing:
Inbound Engagement: Responding to every comment and DM on (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/Reddit/YouTube) within 20 hours per month.
Outbound Outreach: Identifying potential customers/followers and engaging with their content authentically (not spammy).
Growth Strategy: Implementing follow/unfollow (strategic), hashtag interaction, and "neighborly" engagement with similar brands. Also would be responsible for identifying any other potential growth strategies that make sense for the brand based on your expertise.
Collaboration: Meeting briefly once per month with our Content Creator to sync on upcoming promotions and share feedback from the community.
The ideal candidate:
Has a proven track record of growing accounts organically (please provide examples).
Possesses excellent English writing skills and can adapt to our brand voice.
Understand the nuances of various social media platform algorithms.
Is a "people person" who genuinely enjoys digital networking.
