As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our national office with both the national Tax and Community Programming teams. You'll be a trusted advisor and responsible for overall project management. In working with various stakeholders, you'll be responsible for the overall project plan and tracking deliverables as it relates to specific projects and initiatives assigned. As a member of the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing creative briefs, oversight of campaign deliverables, development and oversight of work-back schedules, timelines and tracking to ensure those deliverables remain on schedule as well as within budget.
More specifically, this role includes the following:
Project management of the Vibrant Community program in collaboration with Community Programming team and specific tax campaigns in collaboration with the National Tax team.
Create scope of work documents or creative briefs for campaigns or campaign elements, documenting project details, reporting requirements, deliverables, work-back schedules, timelines and costing.
Engage with designers, writers, digital and/or external vendors to ensure they understand the scope of work outlined within each creative brief.
Responsible for the end-to-end project management process while providing ongoing communications and status updates on all projects to your key stakeholders.
Coordinate all printing assets and deliverables, request quotes, as well as manage orders, delivery timelines and schedules to ensure items are received on time and at the correct location.
Manage the tracking and processing of relevant invoices, with appropriate approvals and maintain tracking of budget spend.
Content Development:
Process creative brief submissions and assign to the appropriate teams for development.
Quality assurance on assets: proofread and edits to marketing content for all mediums throughout the creation process from draft to final version.
Ensure the standards are of high quality, within brand and meets the needs of the goals for the campaign.
Facilitate the process of appropriate signoffs are completed and in adherence to our legal and professional standards.
Provide guidance and recommendations to your stakeholders on the development of content that will be most effective in achieving the goals of the marketing campaign.
Oversee the distribution of final marketing content on behalf of your stakeholders using standard tools and processes.
Other duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Organize and support regular meetings and/or calls with your stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

University / college degree or diploma in Marketing or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, in a B2B environment
Strong project management skills are required with preferred experience in Asana, Microsoft Planner, Optimizely or other PM tools
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to mange multiple tasks and requirements at one time
General event knowledge an asset.
Proven interpersonal and relationship skills with a strong ability to manage, influence and leverage a multitude of stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Highly organized, self-motivated, team player, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work under tight deadlines
Resourceful with an ability to incorporate ingenuity in the provision of creative solutions that meet client needs
Experience in a professional services environment an asset
Experience with understanding of paid media is an asset
Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Suite) an asset
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roll up your sleeves attitude to support the different teams as needed

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $56,500–$68,200 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
