As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders and protecting American interests.
Job Description- Safeguard the nation's borders by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
- Facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illegal activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrate specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level including detaining suspected violators of federal/state/local laws/arresting using proper law enforcement methods/enforcing laws/regulations relating to importing/exporting/shipping goods into/from US utilizing intelligence techniques/behavior analysis/preventing violations/national security threats/conducting interviews/determining appropriate course action
