The role can be performed from either of our offices; in Montreal or Sherbrooke, in a hybrid mode (or possibility of remote work from Toronto). The Art Director plays a key role on the creative team, working closely with colleagues from other teams in the agency on a host of projects. The Art Director is responsible for the conception and development of campaigns, apps, websites, web banners, emails, and various communications tools for our clients.
Skills
Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Fully proficient in Figma, XD, and email design software
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Ability to keep up with evolving digital tools
Assets: experience in pharmaceutical advertising, WordPress, video editing, motion design, and print/traditional media
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of advertising agency experience
Portfolio of digital work
Interest in science
Bilingual (English and French), written and spoken (mainly English-speaking clients)
Main responsibilities
Design traditional and digital advertising campaigns
Design social media campaigns
Overseeing UI and designing websites, apps, and emails
Collaborate with team members; share knowledge with others
Stay on top of design, web, and other industry trends
Prepare and present visual concepts during client pitches
