We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Remote Roadside Assistance Specialists. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in need of roadside help.

• Respond with courtesy and empathy to customers requesting roadside assistance.
• Negotiate rates with service providers to secure fair prices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in both English and French, flexibility for working night shifts (11:00 pm - 8:00 am), ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer support quality.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, adapt quickly to changing situations, and provide outstanding problem-solving skills.

• The ideal candidate will be able-bodied with a valid driver’s license which is up-to-date at all times during working hours of your job or when driving on company business;
