Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with schools across Norfolk to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Support schools with immediate, early morning supply (cover) bookings that will be day-to-day as well as long term assignments.
- Conduct candidate searches, screen potential candidates, and manage the interview process.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to effectively match candidates to the right positions.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding targets in a high-performing sales environment.
- Participate in networking events and activities to expand your professional network and uncover new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background, with a keen interest in the education sector (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
- Driven to go above and beyond and fulfil the requirements of your schools and teaching professionals.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Driven and resilient, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrate a winning attitude and the desire to improve week on week and term on term.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to drive business results.
- Knowledgeable about the education sector and recruitment practices.
