Join a thriving and growing education team as a Recruitment Consultant in Norwich. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage with schools across Norfolk to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Support schools with immediate, early morning supply (cover) bookings that will be day-to-day as well as long term assignments.
  • Conduct candidate searches, screen potential candidates, and manage the interview process.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to effectively match candidates to the right positions.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding targets in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Participate in networking events and activities to expand your professional network and uncover new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background, with a keen interest in the education sector (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Driven to go above and beyond and fulfil the requirements of your schools and teaching professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Driven and resilient, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrate a winning attitude and the desire to improve week on week and term on term.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to drive business results.
  • Knowledgeable about the education sector and recruitment practices.
