Joining our Trust & Loyalty team means you will contribute to developing innovative products aimed at high net worth individuals (HNWI). This team works collaboratively with the wider Coinbase One (CB1) team. CB1 is revolutionizing membership in the crypto space by offering unmatched benefits such as zero trading fees, enhanced staking rewards, account protection, and priority support for its members. Our vision is to create an experience similar to Amazon Prime, making our membership essential for all Coinbase users and enhancing customer loyalty against competitors. What you will do: Design and implement elegant, functional user experiences.
Develop product features that directly contribute to company revenue.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to create actionable quarterly roadmaps.
Foster a positive atmosphere in meetings and ensure inclusivity in all interactions.
What we seek in you: A minimum of 2 years of experience in web application development and user-facing feature delivery using JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.
Proficiency in creating and deploying user-facing features with component-based UI frameworks.
Strong understanding of front-end architecture best practices, including performance, security, and usability.
Experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product lifecycle.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
Preferred qualifications: Experience developing high-fidelity in-app chat functionalities.
Background in the crypto space or financial exchanges.
Familiarity with crypto technology including onchain activities, Ethereum addresses, ENS, and blockchain services.
Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position ranges from $147,000 to $174,000 USD. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
