About the Job:
- Avoid illegal crossings and thwart smuggling operations by tracking down violators, inspecting documents, and analyzing evidence.
- Patrol international borders using vehicles, boats, or on foot to maintain surveillance and deter illicit activities.
- Maintain contact networks with informants while dealing effectively with people in connection with law enforcement matters
Requirements Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Skill Set: - Detects individuals suspected of violating immigration laws- Takes necessary action against smugglers
Education Requirements: - 1-year experience performing duties such as physical searches of detained individuals; apprehending suspects; proficient use of firearms;
Experience gained from previous military service may be applicable too!
