⚕️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night ShiftWe are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on night shift . In this role, you’ll provide exceptional nursing care in a calm, focused overnight environment—ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.
✅ Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols
- Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as needed
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- New grads encouraged to apply!
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, resident-first approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
