Friday Salary Range: $750/ Week **contingent on working every day, $150/day** Prepared by/Approved by: Owner/HR A Business Development Representative (BDR) is a member of the Outside Sales Team who is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting leads, closing sales and building relationships with potential and current clients. They play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and selling. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Prospect leads to generate business. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine strategic sales approaches. Deliver results consistently by hitting KPI's and Standard Performance Goals that are identified for success. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate stages with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. Set up and deliver sales presentations, and other sales actions to set appointments daily. Support client visits, events and/or trainings. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Attend daily meetings. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
BS/MS degree in business administration {preferred} or a related field or demonstrated experience. Successful previous experience (1-3 years preferred) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in B2B sales. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Basic understanding of Microsoft products. Willingness to travel.
