Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote work and in-person at Enterprise Square, Edmonton. This position requires mobility to attend in-person interviews and meetings at the North Campus.
Position Summary
Are you a high-performing recruiter who thrives in the fast lane and can juggle multiple priorities at the same time? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who brings a high-energy, customer-centric approach to our dynamic team. As a subject matter expert, you won't just be following a process—you will be a champion of our enhanced services offering through full-cycle recruitment practices, and will have an opportunity to bring your experience and ideas to the table as we elevate candidate experience and evolve hiring practices at the university.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Immigration and Records (TAIR), you will serve as a strategic recruitment partner to clients across campus. You will get to contribute to projects and resource development as we evolve and enhance our newly implemented recruitment system or application Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Whether you are navigating complex collective agreements or proactively sourcing the next great hire, your goal is to provide seamless, professional, and compliant recruitment support across the University.
