Location: Woodstock, GA | Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Call Rotation Required

What You'll Do

• Respond to emergencies: storm, water, fire, smoke, and mold damage
• Deliver mitigation services on residential and Class A commercial properties
• Operate cutting-edge tech: thermal imaging, HEPA-filtered negative air machines, hydroxyl generators, Matterport, and more
• Set up drying systems, negative air pressure, and mold containment zones
• Document job progress using platforms like DASH, MICA, Xactimate, and CompanyCam
• Work with adjusters, building engineers, and property managers
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with homeowners and stakeholders

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in mitigation (water, fire, storm, or mold)
• IICRC certified (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred but not required
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends, as part of an on-call rotation

Availability

• Based in Woodstock, GA
• Must be able to report to the facility within 45 minutes during on-call shifts
• Serving Metro Atlanta and surrounding regions

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
