Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can sit at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy. You will turn messy hiring and product data into clear insights, requirements, and actionable roadmaps for our leadership, product, and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who loves analytics, process mapping, and talking to stakeholders to understand what to build next and why.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze platform usage, funnel metrics, and employer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as conversion rates, employer activation, candidate submissions, and revenue.
• Gather and document requirements for new features, API enhancements, and employer tools.
• Map current and future-state workflows for both employers and job seekers.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales to prioritize the roadmap.
• Support experiments (A/B tests, pricing tests, onboarding flows) and measure impact.
• Prepare business cases, ROI models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role (SaaS or HR tech is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
• Comfortable working with product and engineering teams and translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience documenting processes, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and can manage multiple projects at once.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, job boards, or recruitment workflows.
• Experience with API-based products or data integrations.
• Prior work in a startup or scale-up environment.
