Overview We’re looking for a
Marketing Content Specialist
to join our team and bring the REP Fitness story to life.
Reporting to the
Director of Brand & Marketing - UK & Europe , you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, producing, and optimising high-quality digital content that drives brand awareness, engagement and sales across the UK and Europe.
In this role, you’re a utility player and a visual storyteller, embodying your versatility and passion for fitness while capturing the "home gym journey" of our customers.
You’ll be responsible for everything from short-form video to 2D graphics, ensuring every piece of content inspires our community to reach their goals.

Job Requirements
Proven Experience:
A strong background in a content creation role (brand, agency, or freelance) with a portfolio that shows off your social and digital expertise.
Technical Mastery:
Hands-on skills in video creation and editing for social media using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
Design Savvy:
Competent 2D design skills for creating static graphics, illustrations, and basic motion graphics.
Platform Expert:
A deep understanding of ecommerce, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including best practices for engagement and hooks.
End-to-End Execution:
Comfortable working from the initial script and shoot through to the final edit and publishing.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent written English for captions and on-screen copy, ensuring everything is on-brand and professional.
Growth Mindset:
A curious and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Desirable Extras:
A personal passion for training and strength, or experience with basic 2D animation (After Effects) and SEO principles.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Storytelling:
Planning, producing, and editing digital-first content (short-form video, social assets, and web content) tailored specifically for our UK and European audiences.
Visual Excellence:
Creating on-brand 2D graphics, banners, and basic motion graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Channel Optimization:
Tailoring and optimizing content for every platform—including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and ecommerce—to ensure perfect formats, hooks, and thumbnails.
Collaborative Creation:
Working closely with the wider marketing team to translate campaign briefs into clear asset lists and content plans.
On-the-Ground Production:
Capturing customer stories, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content through shoots and basic production management.
Maximizing Impact:
Repurposing and editing existing long-form content into carousels, reels, and shorts to keep our channels fresh and engaging.
Data-Driven Creativity:
Monitoring performance metrics to understand what resonates with our community and making recommendations to improve engagement.
Trend Watching:
Staying current on the latest design and social trends in the UK market to proactively suggest fresh content ideas.
