Assistant Grocery Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Grocery Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the grocery store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for implementing store policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the grocery store
• Supervise and train staff members
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain inventory levels and order products as needed
• Implement store policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with scheduling and payroll

• Previous experience in a retail or grocery store management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
