Dental Assistant

Olson Family Dentistry is seeking a experienced, dependable, and patient friendly Registered or Certified Dental Assistant for our growing dental team.

The ideal candidate will support dentist during various procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

PAY WILL VARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including chairside assisting, medical imaging, and vital signs collection
• Operate dental equipment such as 3D scanners, X-ray machines, and other diagnostic tools
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Manage electronic medical records using Dentrix in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Take and develop dental X-rays while maintaining radiation safety protocols
• Provide patient education on oral health practices and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control standards by following proper sterilization procedures for instruments and workspaces
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
