What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with project team members throughout all initiative phases, from planning to implementation
• Assess information from multiple sources and document, prioritize, and track all project requests and requirements
• Analyze and balance trade-offs between usability requirements and performance needs
• Conduct regular project meetings and status updates for stakeholders
• Support organizations through business transitions and document business processes using flow diagram tools

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, demonstrating sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Visio
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with Excel and flowchart creation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce
• Experience working in both team and individual environments
• Familiarity with the data mapping process lifecycle
• Experience working with senior decision-makers
