At Team Delta, we specialize in restoring commercial and residential properties affected by fire, water, and environmental disasters. As a trusted leader in property restoration, we pride ourselves on offering peace of mind to our clients during their most challenging times. Now, we're looking to expand our team and hire a Business Development Representative to drive growth and build lasting relationships across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate New Business: Establish and maintain referral relationships with key industry partners, including property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, and more.
• Lead Generation: Bring in at least 20 new potential referral relationships each month through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person office visits.
• Face-to-Face Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 80 field visits per week and hold at least 5 meetings with decision-makers.
• Event Attendance: Represent Delta at key industry networking events to build new referral opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with all referral sources, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Marketing & Communication: Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns, manage referral source communications, and promote Delta's services to a wide audience.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Success: A strong background in generating leads and building relationships within the property management, insurance, or related industries.
• Exceptional Communication: Able to speak and present effectively to a range of professionals, from tradespeople to corporate executives.
• Highly Organized: Manage a demanding schedule with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Customer-Centric: A tenacious commitment to customer service and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Receptionist background
• Experience in property management, insurance, or construction/ restoration industries.
• Strong existing relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and plumbers are highly valued.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales.
• 2+ years of experience conducting outside sales meetings and qualifying leads.
• Valid Driver's License required.
