Warehouse / packer & delivery associate

Location: Inglewood, CA

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations, packing and labeling of shipments, and local driving duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes of varying sizes for shipments
• Verify product quantities and confirm compliance with transport guidelines
• Pack, label, and prepare goods to meet specific transport requirements
• Conduct accurate physical inventory counts
• Drive to and from customer and vendor sites (cargo van provided)
• Load, unload, sort, stack, and restock shipments
• Use of electric lifting equipment
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and trash removal

Candidate Profile

• Physically capable: regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 70 lbs) and stand up to 6 hours daily
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions carefully
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily demands and occasional overtime
• Positive attitude with patience and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and strength needed

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a TSA background check with 5-year verifiable history
• Must be over 21 years old
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Prior experience driving a cargo van required
• Hazmat knowledge/training is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform manual lifting, moving, and long hours on foot or driving
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and move items efficiently within the warehouse environment

Estimated physical demands: Standing 60% | Driving 30% | Lifting 10%
