\*\*Occupational Therapist\*\* \*\*Overview:\*\* Join our team at Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Therapy, a private practice located in Lacey, WA. We specialize in providing occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy services to our community. As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages achieve their maximum level of independence and quality of life. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions. - Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing. - Implement therapeutic activities to enhance patients' daily living skills and independence. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. - Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies. \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. - State licensure as an Occupational Therapist. - Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. - Experience or interest in areas such as speech therapy, pediatrics, acute care, and geriatrics. - Ability to provide compassionate patient care in hospital or inpatient settings.
